At age 22 life wasn't matching my expectations. I realized in order to to have more, I needed to be more. For 6 months I did little else other than read books. I eat up all the personal development, and marketing material I could get.
Internet Marketing Guru, Rich Schefren author of "The Internet Business Manifesto" - who famously did $500,000 in sales online in one day during a product launch - published details of a competition to find a marketing apprentice to work with him in Florida, USA. I entered. I won. The reading paid off :)
After walking away from university in my 20's, I returned years later with clearer intent and fewer illusions, graduating with an MBA. I went looking for academic achievement and left with more than credentials — sharper strategic thinking, stronger reflective habits, and the uncomfortable awareness that I still had lots of inner work to do.
I moved to Greece to live and work remotely providing strategy consulting to previous design clients, using the space — geographical and otherwise — to step back from familiar patterns. During this time I focused on resolving a persistent health issue that had resisted straightforward solutions which included living off of grapes, watermelon, spring water and more; treating it not as a problem to fight but as something to understand was transformational. The distance helped. Perspective usually does.
As long-running health issues began to resolve — following a clear hockey-stick improvement — I felt drawn back to development. This included a short programming course in Edinburgh and a deeper return to hands-on coding. In parallel, advances in AI caught my attention, not as a novelty but as a way to fuse strategy and implementation more directly. I’ve since been working toward my own vision: an AI application designed to help entrepreneurs craft effective strategy quickly and clearly. Developing story.
I’m now open to working with others again, combining strategy, web development, design, and emerging AI tools. My focus is on helping people navigate change thoughtfully and build what actually matters.
I started out designing and building purposeful websites, then stepped away to pursue academic achievement thereafter focusing on strategic marketing management. After developing my own Strategic Marketing framework, I'm now eager to craft rich experiences for users with new found precision. I work best with people who don't create from ego but can say it like it is.
